The Royston Hockey Club hosts its annual Dinner & Dance (Awards Evening).
This is for all those involved in the senior side of hockey, players, coaches, VPs, and supporters.
This year it will be at The Clayton Hotel, Station Road, Cambridge. Tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis; we have 110 available for dinner.
Dress code: Formal (dress to impress).
Date: 05/04/25
Arrival: Drinks in the library from 6pm onwards. Dinner to be served from 7:30pm. Dance from 9:30pm – 11pm.
3 course meal @ £50 per person. You will be able to buy your ticket on the website and select your meal choices. The deadline for both buying tickets & selecting meal choices is 16th March.
Raffle: there will be a raffle on the night (raffle tickets will be sold on the night).
Each team supplies a raffle prize (also, anyone can bring a prize for the raffle or if you know any businesses that can offer a raffle prize, that would be great.)
Speeches and trophy presentations will take place on the night. Voting for 2024/25 season awards will be going out at the end of the season.

The Clayton Hotel is located on Station Road, Cambridge. It is a 1 minute walk from Cambridge train station for direct trains to and from Royston.
