Time to lay off the pies


It's time to knock down that post-season waistline. Non-mandatory fitness training begins on 20/08 at the heath.

The sessions run from 7-8pm and are for all levels of fitness. Join Victoria, Moose and Rich for an enjoyable hour of excerise on:

Thursday 19/9
