Mens training is on Tuesday evenings and the Ladies on Wednesdays, both running from 7:30 to 9:30pm. Please make sure you are there and warmed up ready to start on time.
Your diet during periods of active training is very important, and can play a big part in your performance(or lack of it!) on the hockey field. Have a read through this document on Nutrition and perhaps adjust your diet for one that gives you a more balanced intake.

This year the Royston Hockey will be aiming to complete the Clubs 1st Accreditation, and as part of this we will be putting together a complete coaching development plan, right from the Juniors through to the Senior sessions. Our aim is to develop a strong coaching policy that will provide a structured approach to delivering the best possible coaching for all players at all levels. To this end we will be training up additional Coaches at Level 1 and will use them as a group to plan and deliver coaching throughout the club.
From time to time I'm going to post short video clips of various technical skills that may help you to improve your own technique and abilities. I hope you will find them useful.
